The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Work includes but is not limited to the following: removal of trees on site, construction of a 1200 SF office building, construction of a 1000 SF exterior repackaging and staging area, providing a covered canopy roof, construction of a new asphalt paved parking area, construction of an asphalt paved area with curb and gutter for containment and for access to hazardous waste storage vaults, providing a chain link fence at perimeter of site, providing extension of sanitary sewer line, providing all plumbing, mechanical and electrical services needed on site, and seeding and mulching of disturbed areas at Seymour Johnson AFB NC.
