Drecktrah (Site Code W81U9B). Furnish all labor, materials, supplies and equipment to replace HVAC systems, Bldg 1213, 1214, & 1217, Fort McCoy, WI. Work consists of removal of furnaces, mechanical room ductwork, grilles, registers, electrical wiring, gas piping, flue piping and other miscellaneous work to remove existing HVAC system. Install dual temperature 2-pipe HVAC system, including boiler gas piping, flue piping, electrical, concrete, piping, heat exchanger, air cooled condensers electrical and other miscellaneous work to install new HVAC system. Repair all existing construction on site which is damaged as the result of the work under this contract. Magnitude of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance time is 90 calendar days. A 20% bid bond is required. This project is subject to availability of funds (SAF). Requests for solicitation (IFB) must be in writing accompanied by a non-refundable certified check, cashier's check or money order payable to the US Treasury in the amount of $8.00 per package.
