The work under this contract includes reinforced concrete foundation, concrete masonry walls, engineered wood trusses, exterior finish system, fiberglass shingled roof, interior finishes, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work. Estimated dollar range is between $250,000 and $500,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
