Scope of work consists of, but not limited to, preparing a detailed engineering design for renovation of indoor rifle range to include installation of a test model wet type bullet trap. Upon approval of design, the contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment and labor necessary to complete range renovation. Project is located at the Pikesville Military Reservation, 610 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, Maryland. This acquisition is unrestricted and award will be made pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Issuance of solicitation is contingent upon agency approval to proceed with project. Date of issuance is estimated on/about 09 Aug 96. Magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000.
