This Solicitation is being issued on an ``unrestricted'' basis inviting full and open competition. This project consists of the replacement of several water cooled chillers, piping, desuperheaters, controls and electrical service, underground chilled water supply and return piping, and other incidental work. Estimated cost for this project ranges between $1M and $5M. Bid opening date will be on or about 28AUG96. One scheduled site visit will be conducted (see specifications for exact date).
