Z -- REPAIR ASPHALT PAVEMENTS AT FORT MCCOY, WI, AS REQUIRED, FOR A BASE AND ONE OPTION YEAR Sol DAKF61-96-B-0018, Due 082996, POC Contracting Officer, Dennis A. Nelson, 608/388-4474, (Site Code W81U9B). This IFB is for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to repair asphalt pavements at Ft. McCoy, WI, on an as needed basis. Work will include: pavement removal, sub-grade and base course preparation, full depth patching, shallow depth patching, shouldering, asphalt overlays and placement of new asphalt. The contract will be a requirements type contract with a base and one option year. Projects will be ordered by delivery orders placed during the contract period. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. A 20% bid bond is required. Request for this IFB must be in writing accompanied by a non-refundable certified check, cashiers check or money order payable to the U.S. Treasury in the amount of $8.00 per package.
