Z -- MINIMUM REPAIRS TO CAPEHART MILITARY FAMILY HOUSING, PHASE 2 SOL F04684-96-B-0009. Due 082096. Work consists of cleaning all drain, waste and vent lines; replacement of all water supply lines and replacement of plumbing fixtures in one bath of each of 172 housing units. Project also includes the demolition and replacement of interior and exterior wall and floor finishes and replacement of the base cabinet and countertop in the bath scheduled to receive new fixtures. The magnitude of this proposed acquisition is $1M to $5M and will be solicited under Standard Industrial Classification Code 1521. A $100.00 non-refundable deposit via certified check or money order is required for each solicitation package requested. All checks should be made payable to FSO-Vandenberg AFB. This project will be solicited on an unrestricted basis IAW PL 102-366. Interested bidders must submit a written request no later than 15 July 1996.
