Work consists of removal and repair of failed sections of existing pavement, application of tack coat paving fabric, laying asphalt concrete overlay on existing pavement, construction of landscaped planters, modifying existing drainage structures, concrete berms and restriping. The magnitude of this proposed acquisition is $100K to $250K and will be solicited under Standard Industrial Classification Code 1611. A $25.00 non-refundable deposit via certified check or money order is required for each solicitation package requested. All checks should be made payable to FSO-Vandenberg AFB. This project will be solicited on an unrestricted basis IAW PL 102-366. Interested bidders must submit a written request no later than 15 July 1996.
