The work consists of construction of a 200 sq ft of office addition to the existing visitor center; replacement of lockset to the existing exterior doors at the visitor center and restrooms; replacement of existing lavatory and plumbing accessories in the existing office; construction of new connecting walkway; partial replacement of existing translucent roof panels; and selective demolition of existing exterior wall and window, translucent panels, wood louvers and perimeter framing, and a lavatory. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitation package will be available at no cost in late July or early August with a 30-day response time for receipt of offers.
