Services are required for the replacement of roofs, Building 105 and 119, Toledo Air National Guard Base, Toledo Express Airport, Swanton, Ohio. Work involves a 24,200 sq ft built up asphalt roof to be replaced with a 4 ply built up asphalt roof and a 7,400 sq ft built up asphalt roof to be replaced with an fully adhered, single ply, 60 mil, EPDM membrane, Services will include, but not be limited to: selective demolition of existing roof system, new insulation, drainage systems, coping and facia, new roof system, and associated warranties.
