This procurement will require the furnishing of copiers, accessories, as well as furnishing and delivering consumable supplies, (exceptpaper), emergency repair service periodic maintenance, and key operatingtraining. Copier requirements have been broken down into four volume bands, defined as follows. Volume band I, Six machines, 15 copies per minute minimum,0-5,000 copies per month; volume band II, fifteen machines, 20 copies per minuteminumum, 5,001-15,000 copies per month; volume band III, 30 copies per minuteminimum, 15,001-30,001 per month; volume band IV, 45 copies per minute minimum,30,001-50,000 copies per month. A estimate of 46 units is estimated for the initial requirement. This number could Rise to 70. The copiers being offered shall be the manufacture'S most current production models or newlyremanufactured. This procurement will be a single award, firm fixed pricecontract.
