Mariposa St., Burbank, CA 91506 on an other than full and open competitive basis for the purchase of a Photo-Sonics SVCR-V301-B tape recorder. Photo-Sonics has been identified as the only responsible source with the required mechanical and electrical properties (i.e. pin assignments, circuit configuration) to ensure compatibility with the existing instrumentation circuitry.
