Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps intends to negotiate a contract with A.B. Dick Company for maintenance on record processors (Model 821) and record processor duplicators (Models 895, 791, and 792). The proposed maintenance will cover various months during the period 01 October l996 through 30 September 1997. Vendors with the capability to provide this maintenance are invited to submit, in writing, sufficient technical/cost information which demonstrates the ability to fulfill this requirement. Responses also must indicate whether proposed maintenance is available under a current GSA schedule. No solicitation document exists. Written responses should be forwarded to the above address.
