The Headquarters Personnel Management Support Branch (MMSB) Quantico, Virginia will be designated as the central site for deliveries and maintenance management. Vendors with a capability to provide this maintenance are invited to submit in writing, sufficient technical and cost information which demonstrates the ability to fulfill this requirement.
