Gilligan, Contracting Officer. USACECOM, FORT MONMOUTH, NJ proposes to award a sole source modification through negotiations with Northrop Grumman (Westinghouse), Baltimore, MD. This modification will determine the effect of an image enhancement process called super-resolution on automatic target recongition performance. This work will be done concurrently with the baseline Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) Neural Network (NN) Target Recognition Program already underway under this contract.
