Modify the existing Ingersoll Master Head Adjustable Rail Machine (Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) Machining Center) to adapt new auxillary heads. Develop new calculations for determining ram-face and rotary axis coordinates. Prepare special codes for loading and unloading tools. Update collision checking routines to handle new adapter/spindle unit combinations. Test and debug post processor as required. Modify software, install, and train Depot personnel. This requirement will be sole source contract to Ingersoll Milling Machine Company. Any responsible sources may submit a proposal to Letterkenny Army Depot, which will be considered.
