The stabilization requires the following: 1. Replace the top part of the soil located south of tower foundation with quarry spalls. and 2. Stabilization of erosion/weathering of the soil and rock by rock bolting and shotcreting. During performance of this work, asbestos, hazardous waste, or pollution abatement may be encountered. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 01 August 1996 at no charge until supply is exhausted. Contract completion time is 120 calendar days.
