DESCRIPTION OF WORK - The work includes removal and disposal of existing gravel surfaced, asphalt built-up roofing, roof insulation, vapor retarder, bituminous and sheet metal flashings, wood blocking, internal roof drain assemblies, concrete cickets at roof drain locations, and incidental related materials.--The work also includes provisions and installation of gravel surfaced, asphalt built-up roofing, multi-layered tapered insulation, wood blocking, modified bituminous base flashings and stripping, roof area dividers, sheet metal flashings, sheet metal wall cladding, internal roof drain assemblies, emergency overflow scuppers, rooftop equipment curbs and flashings, concrete sealer on penthouse walls and incidental related work complete and ready for use.--The estimated cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.--Firm Fixed Price Contract.--Contract duration is 180 calendar days.--Bids will be considered from all responsible sources.--This project is unrestricted.--The Standard Industrial Code is 1761 and the annual size standard is $7.0 million.--NOTE: Plans and specs will not be mailed to firms within a 20 mile radius of the issuing office. A fee will be charged for all plans and specs.
