Finn (703) 784-2976 SOLICITATION NOTICE. This project is UNRESTRICTED. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC), for this project is 1761- Roof and Sheet Metal Work. The size standard is $7.0 Million. The work includes a Base Bid and two Additive Bid Items. The work for the Base Bid includes replacement of the existing built-up roofs with EPDM roofs on nine single units and eight duplex units (Building numbers 809, 810, 811, 812A, 812B, 813A, 813B, 814, 815A, 815B, 816A, 816B, 817, 818, 819, 826, 827) and incidental related work. The work for Additive Bid Item One includes replacement of existing built-up roof with EPDM roofing on single family unit, number 825 and incidental related work. The work for Additive Bid Item Two includes replacement of existing built-up roof with EPDM roofing on one duplex unit, number 828A and 828B and incidental related work. The projected date of availability of the solicitation is 30 July 1996. The projected bid opening date is 30 August 1996.
