The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, supplies, equipment and supervision necessary to Repair/Alter Presidential Acres, Phase 4. Work consists of but not limited to: complete renovations of bathrooms, installation of new storm doors, replacement of all interior electrical fixtures, new washer and dryer service box and drain and installation of GFI as shown on drawings. Inspect all exterior water shut-off valves and submit a list to the contracting officer at the beginning of the project. Consider the possibility of resoldering approximately 15% of existing water supply joints and demolishing and replacing approximately 30% of existing toilet flanges. Abatement of asbestos containing materials will be required during the execution of the project. This work will be located at Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. The total performance period for this project will be determined prior to the issuance of the Invitation for Bid. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
