Correct Drainage at Family Housing on Charleston AFB, SC. Estimated between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance time is 120 days. Work consists of, but is not limited to the following major items and are listed for the Contractor's convenience in order that he may determine the general scope of work involved: 1) Provide trench drains and drainage piping for front sidewalks at housing units which will involve installing trench drains adjacent to the sidewalks and providing pipe drains away from the sidewalks to the street curbing; 2) Provide trench drains and drainage piping at various locations to remove ponding water around housing units; 3) Provide grading of designated areas to improve existing drainage; and 4) Provide culverts and paving at designated areas.
