It is the declared and acknowledged intention and meaning of this solictation to remove existing bituminous walks, various bituminous roadway sections, various sections of storm drain piping and various landscaping shrubs and trees and the installation of new storm drain catch basins and drain piping, new bituminous walks and roadway sections, parking areas, pavers, new roof drainage systems various landscaping and grade changes, loaming and seeding and incidental related work in the housing area at the Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station Cutler, Maine.
