Description of requirement: loader/backhoe tractor meeting the following minimum acceptable features: naturally aspirated engine, minimum 70 SAE net horsepower; ROPS (Rollover Protective Structure) canopy meeting FOPS (Falling Object Protective Structure) criteria; parking/emergency brake; audible/visual warning indicators for pressure, temperature, and fluid; levels and parking brake; back-up warning alarm; minimum 400 pound front counterweight; key start; two front driving/working and two rear working lights; minimum of 14 feet backhoe digging depth; minimum of 24 inches backhoe bucket; minimum of 1 cubic yard loader bucket; stabilizer feet; front tires, minimum 11x15; rear tires, minimum 16x24; rearview mirror; service technical (shop) manuals; indoctrination/familiarization training (8 hours).
