UNICOR intends to enter into a two year requirements contract, with a one year option, for wood panels to support its case goods furniture program. The delivery location for this product is FCI, Sheridan, OR. All products will be FOB Destination. UNICOR's estimated demand for the two year contract period is (i) 2,750 sheets of PNL-0833, Ash/Ash (white), lumber/particleboard, 3/4'' x 4' x 10', Face: Grade A, Back: Grade B; and (ii) 11,000 sheets of PNL-0846, Cherry/Cherry, lumber/particleboard, 3/4'' x 4' x 10', Face: Grade A, Back: Grade A. Offerors will be permitted to propose any products that meet the solicitation's specifications. All offers will be evaluated against the criteria stated in Section M of the solicitation. Award will be made on the offer that is determined to be the best value to UNICOR in terms of cost and other factors. A fixed price contract with an economic price adjustment is anticipated.
