The system shall include but may not be limited to an X-ray generator, X-ray tube with sealed Cu anode, Goniometer in a theta-theta configuration, Detector that is thermoelectrically cooled Peltier detector, sample changer, and associated computer system and software. Option items may include heating and cooling stages for high and low temperature diffractometry, compatability with X-ray diffraction cameras for future upgrade, warranties, installation and training of purchased system.
