Simmons (505) 678-4717 (Site Code DAAD07) White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), NM intends to negotiate, on the basis of other than full and open competition, with Contraves, Inc, 615 Epsilon Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15238, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for the purchase of four (4) additional catadioptric lenses, by modification to WSMR contract DAAD07-95-C-0142. Specifically, four (4) 50 inch catadioptric lens, with Zero Power Focusing Option, Contraves Goerz Model SR-50, to be utilized in WSMR Contraves Goerz Model 433 Kineto Tracking Mount. Required delivery is FOB White Sands Missile Range, NM within 270 days after contract modification. Proposals must be accompanied by descriptive literature suitable for evaluation purposes and must indicate that the potential offeror can meet the requirement for the above stated equipment.
