The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to acquire, on a non-competitive basis, 58 each of Model GXRC terminals, 4 each of XFACEC Terminals, and associated hardware from it's manufacturer JCC Corporation, One Bridge Plaza, Fort Lee, New Jersey. All deliveries will be made to NSWCDD. This action is considered non-competitive because it is necessary to maintain fleet compatibility in testing, training, and supply.
