(304)529-5182. Announcement published July 3, 1996, is hereby corrected
to read as follows: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntington
District, has the need for contractor support for National
Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance as required by the
Department of Energy, the Council on Environmental Quality, the
Environmental Protection Agency, and all pertinent Federal, state and
local statutes, regulations, and other guidance. Resulting contracts
will be used to procure services for existing Huntington District
requirements as well as to provide assistance to the U.S. Department of
Energy, Morantown Energy Technology Center (METC). The Government may
award as many as two Indefinite Delivery contracts from this
solicitation. The resulting contracts are anticipated to be for the
period of one (1) year with four (4) option years. It is predicted that
there will be many task orders under this IDIQ contract and each task
order will require preparation of a NEPA document. For planning
purposes, up to 40 Catergorical Exclusions and five (5) Environmental
Assessment documents may be required each year. In addition, up to
three (3) Environmental Impact Statements could be required. All
responsive proposals will be evaluated by utilizing the following
evaluation factors: a. Specilaized Experience in the Work; b.
Qualifications and Capabilities of Principals; c. Qualifications of
Supervisors and Personnel; d. Management and Control; e. Previous
DoD/DOE Awards; f. Location of the Firm in the General Geographic Area.
Factors a. thru d. are of equal importance, Factor e. is next in
importance, and factor f. is least important. Award will be made as a
whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and
has been determined to be the most advantageous to the Government, all
factors considered. This procurement is open to all businesses
