D -- ADP SUPPORT SERVICES SOL RFP 500-53-96 DUE 082696 POC Contracting Officer: Joseph Turton, (518)462-3311, Ext 2612 The Department of Veterans Affairs Information Resources Management Field Office (IRMFO) Software Services Division, Troy, NY is seeking qualified responsible firms to provide interim ADP support services for the development, maintenance, and support of new information systems for its healthcare operation. The government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract for its base requirements of one year, with two annual renewal options. The successful offeror will be required to furnish ADP services which include application design, development, maintenance, software re-engineering, software technology updates programming, validation, and testing; installation into a production environment, application tuning, performance measurement, and post installation reviews. Contract award will be determined on a combination of price, technical, and business-related factors. Contract requirements may include contractor performance of some on-site services at the VA IRMFO's six (6) software services campus locations.
