Description of content: Specifies limits for gaseous pollutants (i.e.
carbonmonoxide and hydrocarbons) emitted from motorcycles in type
approval test and production test. Applies to motorcycles with an
unladen mass of less than 4 kg., having maximum designed speed
exceeding 50 km per hour and cylinder capacity exceeding 50 cm3.
Includes marking and labelling, sampling and criteria for conformity,
