The maintenance contract is to provide scheduled monthly maintenance services for (6) multi-point video teleconferencing sites and an auditorium with large screen projection. The Engineering Service contract is to support broadcast quality, video production centers, six (6) VTC facilities and audotorium. Engineering services include: system design, equipment purchase recommendations, specifying and providing new broadcast quality equipment, equipment calibration, troubleshooting and repair, Electronic Field Production (EFP) support, make system modifications, integration, and hardware/software upgrades.
