Services shall include (1) acceptance of management or self-referrals where professional counseling appears to be necessary, (2) evaluation of presented problem(s), (3) referral to appropriate community treatment resources, (4) individual short-term counseling at the site as appropriate, (5) monitoring of employee progress, (6) management consultations as requested, (7) orientation and training of Reclamation officials and employees, and (8) statistical reports to the Denver Office, Human Resources Office. The contractor shall provide services to all Reclamation employees and eligible dependents throughout the Denver Metropolitan Area. Currently, Reclamation employs approximately 1600 employees, with broad ranges of occupational mix including professional, administrative, technical, clerical and skilled (blue-collar) occupations. Short term support shall also be provided to temporary employees located in Minneapolis, Minnesota (19 employees) and Salt Lake City, Utah (10 employees). The bulk of these temporary employees are scheduled to terminate by end of June, 1997; several by end of September 1997; and the last one on April 30, 1998. The requirement is for one year with four option years. Provider shall maintain office facilities within a specified geographical area in metropolitan Denver, Colorado. This solicitation will utilize commercial procedures with oral presentations. (0193)
