The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Detachment Washington purposes to procure management services for contractual support to plan and conduct the 1995-2000 2-weeks each year Summer Study program for the Defense Science Board (DSB). These services shall include technical, logistical and administrative support. The administrative support involves organization, security, facilities, liaison, transportation, lodging management and coordination of special briefings and events. Top Secret and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearances are required for the security officer and other individuals conducting and managing Sensitive Compartmented Information under the Summer Study Program. Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF) must be located within a 10 mile radius from the Summer Study Program. This effort will be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Indefinite Quantity-Indefinite Delivery contract. The contract will cover a base year and four(4) one year options. This requirement is being offered for competition limited to eligible 8(a) concerns, the SIC Code for this requirement is 8741, interested 8(a) firms are encouraged to request a copy of the solicitation as expeditiously as possible since the solicitation will be issued without further notice upon SBA acceptance of the requirement for section 8(a) program.
