Work consist of providing ventilation and air conditioning systems for the morgue and anatomical pathology laboratory, and additional cooling for various other laboratory areas. Work to include A/C installation, associated plumbing, piping and ducting appurtenances, electrical support, lighting, construction of gypsum board partitions, ceiling removal and replacement, and roofing work. The estimated cost of the proposed project is between $500,000 and $1 Million. Solicitation to be issued 0/A August 6, 1996. Documents to be available at $138.00 per set of specifications and full-size drawings or $129.00 per set of specifications and half-size drawings. Single copies of specifications alone may be purchased by interested applicants for $54.00. Full-size drawings alone may be purchased for $84.00 a set.
