A brief description follows: Design and construct a new mail processing annex of approximately 75,000 square feet at the Southwest corner of the Intersection of Stanford and Sayle Streets. The issue date for the above project is August 11, 1996. The return date for the above project is August 15, 1996. The performance time is 240 days. The estimated Cost Range is $3,500,000. to $4,300,000. A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for July 25, 1996, at 10:00 AM at the Greenville, Texas North Texas Processing and Distribution Center, 951 West Bethel Road, Coppell, Texas, in the Maintenance Conference Room. All contractors shall enter through the employee entrance at Royal Lane and park at the employee parking lot on the west side of the building. The cost of the plans and specifications for the above project is $130. per set. This charge is non-refundable.
