Perkins, Facilities Contract Specialist, 901/747-7628 The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct an approximately 64,000 sq. ft. expansion to the existing Cleveland, Ohio Processing and Distribution Center. Work shall include necessary site control, demolition, foundations, concrete work, block and brick work, steel structure, roof system, including insulation, covering, flashing, drains, miscellaneous sheet metal, utilities, including sanitary sewer, storm water, gas line, electrical system, water. Other miscellaneous items include dock equipment, heating system, fire protection, painting, flooring. Outside work includes concrete and asphalt paved areas, miscellaneous ramps and stairs, fencing, striping, lighting and cameras. On-site contact is Mr. Robert Glogore, Manager, Administrative Services, (216/443-4800). Site visitation is not mandatory but encouraged. The estimated cost range is between $4,000,000 and 4,500,000, with a construction completion date of 270 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed, expected to be issued by October 1, 1996. On-site construction will not be allowed prior to February 1, 1997. Cost of the plans and specifications for this project is $125 per set, nonrefundable.
