DESCRIPTION OF WORK--The work includes furnishing all labor, material, and equipment necessary to complete the construction of repair of aircraft parking apron. Specific tasks include site demolition, excavation, grading, reinforced concrete pavement, and incidental related work complete and ready for use.--The estimated cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 million.--Firm Fixed Price Contract.--Contract duration is 150 calendar days.--Bids will be considered from all responsible sources.--This project is unrestricted.--The Standard Industrial Code is 1611 and the annual size standard is $17 million.--It is recommended the subcontracting plan goals reflect a minimum goal of 5% for Small Disadvantaged Business subcontracting effort.--NOTE: Plans and specs will not be mailed to firms within a 20 mile radius of the issuing office. A fee will be charged for all plans and specs.
