This project consists of painting interior walls; replacing acoustical ceiling tiles and grids with new; refinishing all solid wood core corridor door and replacing hardware including hinges and locksets; replacing recessed corridor lights with 2x4 lamp fluorescent fixtures; replacing existing diffusers on first floor offices with new; removing all intercom speakers from ceilings on first floor; replacing existing lights in first floor office with new. The estimated cost of the proposed project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Solicitation to be issued O/A 12 August 1996. Documents to be available at $31.00 per set of specifications and full-size drawings. Single copies of specifications alone may be purchased by interested applicants for $18.00.
