Work to consist of a complete renovation (approximately 5,000 SF) on the second floor of a facility to accommodate the requirements of a KC-135 refueling operations group headquarters, a mobility unit, and a deployment control center. This includes, but is not limited to, complete renovation of the command/administration areas, offices, control centers, break areas, wall partition construction, painting and wall covering, replacement of doors, blinds, floor covering and ceilings (2' X 2' suspended), replacement of light fixtures; installation of fire detection system; and providing special affects and furnishings to produce an integrated visual design theme. All work shall be constructed as per plans and specifications titled VGLZ94-0070, Alter Operations Group (Building 50). Performance period is 150 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered for award.
