The work includes, but is not limited to: removal of zone valves, leaking riser valves, install new riser valves, install/replace medical air lines, install master alarm system, install pump package and air treatment system, remove dryer, demolish concrete slabs, replace medical gas outlets, label medical gas piping. Supply two complete sets of Autocad drawings of all medical gas piping, etc. and two complete manuals with 8'' X 11'' color drawings showing each of the zone valves. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns with a size standard of $17,000,000. The SIC Code is 1542. The magnitude is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000 for 160 days.
