Colbert (502) 798-7566 (Site Code DAKF23) Work to be done: Replace existing split system heating and air conditioning systems in one hundred sixty-two (162) family housing units consisting of: Fifty-three (53) duplex units; Two (2) 2-story 4 plex units; and Six (6) 2-story 8 plex units. Work shall consist of replacement of existing gas furnaces, cooling coils, condensing units and thermostats. Some duct modifications will be required. Period of performance is two hundred forty (240) calendar days. Estimated range of the project is $500,000 to $1,000,000. This acquisition is acquisition is issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program; therefore, this solicitation is unrestricted.
