Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and travel required to perform all operations required to upgrade the exteriors of buildings in strict accordance with the Technical Specifications and Drawings. Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, installation of furring and plywood sheathing to exterior surface of metal siding in order to install EIFS system to the building, install new exterior insulation and finish system to various buildings in order to upgrade the exterior wall surface and system, and install cualking and sealant as required to produce a weathertight conjunction between the EIFS system and existing building surface. Magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Solicitation will be made availible on or about 05 AUG 96 with a BOD of 05 SEP 96. There is a contract performance time of 365 days after NTP. Package will be sent upon written request and receipt of payment for package. Request shall include mailing address, phone number, fax number, as well as size of business. The cost for the plans and specifications will be determined prior to issuance. Checks or money orders will be made out to: US Treasury.
