MANSON (915) 568-2503 (Site Code DOCSUP) Contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary for the construction of entomology pesticide storage facility (main cantonment), Fort Bliss, Texas. Work consits of the construction of the pesticide and herbicide storage rooms, mixing room, tool room, covered drive-thru, mechanical room, as well as all required mechanical and electrical systems. This facility must meet the minimum acceptable standards as prescribed by the U.S. Army Center for Health Promotion and Preventive Medicine-Pesticide Monitoring Program. This requirement also includes and option that may or may not be exercised. The option consists of a locker/laundry room, bathroom, and an office. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The standard industrial classification is 1542 with a small business size standard of $17 million. Request for copies of the solicitation must be done in writing.
