Drecktrah, Contracting Officer (Site Code W81U9B) This Request for Quotation is for providing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision required to furnish and install a mezzanine in building 10000 located at Fort McCoy, WI. The project includes but is not limited to approximate dimensions of deck; uniform deck loading; railings; two swing gates; structure be designed to meet all current OSHA, BOCA and WI codes; under deck lighting and platform stair casing as a minimum. Government is seeking a sturdy, well-constructed structure to fit within a designated area of this building. Site visits are encouraged and drawings will be provided as part of the project with the Request for Quotation. Vendors will be required to provide complete product data specifications with shop drawings to be attached to their quote. Requests for this quotation must be in writing accompanied by a non-refundable certified check, cashier's check or money order made payable to the US Treasury in the amount of $8.00 per package. No company, personal, registered checks or cash shall be accepted. Request should be received before the issue date of 2 August 1996.
