The NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) plans to issue a Request For Quote (RFQ441-75454/994) on a sole source basis to Talarian Corporation. The acquisition will be for a Talarian RT Works Development Environment Annual Maintenance consisitng of RTWORKS development system, RTWORKS run time system, RTIE run time system, RTHCI run time system. This acquisiton is in support of the Hubble Space Telescope Project. This is a proprietary product manufactured soleley by Talarian Corporation and is needed for maintenance of present operating system. NASA GSFC's Hubble Space Telescope Project may be contacted (Caleb Principe @ 301-918-7440) for specifications of Talarian RT Works Development Maintenance. All responsible sources may respond by submitting a written narrative statement of their capability, including detailed technical information and other technical literature, demonstrating their ability to meet the above requirement, within 15 days of the publication of this notice to the above address.
