The successful Contractor will provide a variety of fresh, frozen, dried and canned foods. Orders and deliveries will be made one to three times weekly. Deliveries will be made to the Troop Issue Subsistence Activity (TISA), located at Camp Guernsey, Guernsey, Wyoming. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed price contract for one base year (1 October 1996 to 30 September 1997) with 4 one year options.
