This is an Omnibus Request for Proposal (RFP) for the provision of Information Mission Area Support Services for CECOM and the Fort Monmouth Community, to include all residents, Project Managers, and Program Executive Offices located at Fort Monmouth, NJ, Lakehurst, NJ, Vint Hill Farms Station, VA, as well as CECOM elements at Fort Belvoir, VA, and the U.S. Military Academy, West Point, NY. The actual services to be provided under this acquisition include Automatic Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) Hardware Maintenance and Workplace Automation and Telecommunications Support Services. This is a Small Business Set-Aside; SIC Code is 4813; 1,500 employees. Under this competitive acquisition, Government intends to award two contracts - one to a small business and one to an 8(a) company. The resultant Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Time and Material contracts will be for a basic twelve (12) month period with a maximum of four (4) twelve (12) month option periods. Award will be made on the basis of best value to the Government. CECOM intends to issue the solicitation on the CECOM Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB). No hard copies will be issued. A Bidder's List will be maintained in the Electronic Mail file drawn from those who access the solicitation on the EBB.
