The contractor will provide to the government via express mail, fifty (50), 47mm quartz filters (Pallflex Ultrapure or equal) prior to the first day of each month. The government will take the samples and send them back to the contractor. The contractor will test the filters in accordance with the solicitation, analyze the results and provide a written report, due by the fifteenth of each month following the analysis. The contract performance period will be a base year plus four option years. Government intends to issue a solicitation on or about 16 August 1996 to obtain a Firm Fixed Price contract.
