F -- TREE TOP BLASTING AND LIMBING SOL SOL R6-6-96-068 DUE 081596 POC Contracting Section, 503/666-0621 The intent of this Solicitation is to secure services for remobing of limbs of trees to create a tree suitable for use by cavity nesting wildlife and to protect the tree from windthrow potential on the Clackamas River Ranger District. Topping shall be done with explosives; topping with a power saw will not be allowed. Tree limbing and Raptor trees shall be done with a chainsaw, hand saw, or axe.
