CASS The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center San Diego intends to negotiate a firm-fixed-price contract for preventive and remedial maintenance of four (4) Documate IV Microfilm Cameras and two (2) Documate II Microfilm Cameras. The cameras are located at the Defense Finance and Accounting Service, Indianapolis Center, Directorate for Transportation Payments. The period of performance consists of a base period and three one-year options. Principal Period of Maintenance (PPM) is 0730 - 1600. There are twenty (20) hours outside the PPM. Required effort consists of major and minor, preventive and remedial electro-optical maintenance of microfilm cameras and incidental personal computer components. Preventive maintenance shall be performed in accordance with OEM recommendations. On-call remedial maintenance shall be performed during PPM hours to the greatest extent possible. Should OPPM hours be required, the OPPM hourly rate shall apply upon arrival on-site. Movement of equipment may be required. Charges for movement shall be at the OPPM hourly rate.
